The reason for this is because if the Eagles can beat the Cardinals this weekend it could be the start of a very good run to end the season. If it wasn't for a few dropped snaps everything would look a lot different for the Eagles right now, and let's not forget that a 10-2 regular season is still possible.

We think Boston College wins this game so yes they cover. However, the confidence for this game is not that high. We are batting around .500 with our football picks this season and would be hesitant to put anything on the Eags this Saturday. This would be a huge win for the Eagles though... Stay away from the over/under for this game. Louisville will be able to put up points with their mobile QB. If BC can pull off the win they will have to put up significant points as well.

The most important person to watch in this game will be Dennis Grosel. He needs - needs - needs to have a good game at this point of the football season. Even if the Eagles lose the game Grosel needs to have a good game, otherwise this will be a very painful rest of the season. Dennis has yet another chance to prove himself and simply needs to execute the offense or else. The defense has been the most consistent part of this football team all season, they need to continue to hold the opposing team to field goals and create turnovers. The Eagles have great opportunity to swing the rest of the season in their favor with a W.
