Boston College received 29th most votes in the new Associated Press Top 25 Poll.
Boston College (4-0) has not been ranked in the AP Top 25 Poll since 2018. BC now finds itself undefeated and right on the outside of being nationally ranked, having received 55 votes in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll that was released today. BC also received the 27th most votes (91 votes) in today's Coaches Poll.
Boston College beat SEC opponent Mizzou 41-34 in OT in front of a sold out crowd at Alumni Stadium. BC Fans stormed the field after Brandon Sebastian picked off Mizzou quarterback Connor Bazelak to end the game. The Eagles are 4-0 for the first time since 2007. It was a dramatic win for Boston College and something that BC Fans have been waiting to see for a long time. "It was a great day for the Commonwealth" said Head Coach Jeff Hafley.
"Our football team, they are one of the most resilient group of guys ... This isn't about what conference you play for, this isn't about any of that. This is about a group of guys ... they love each other." - Jeff Hafley
The Eagles will be heading to Death Valley this week to take on #25 Clemson (2-2) Saturday Night at 7:30PM ET.
